Damp and breezy Fine on Sunday seiten=4 abk=focus
Friday
Breezy with a lot of cloud across the country this morning with sporadic outbreaks of rain. Most of the rain will be rather light but will be a bit heavier in the north west of Scotland and Northern Ireland. Mainly dry un the southeast corner of England. Rain will fall across Scotland, Northern Ireland and northern England. For Wales and central and southern England a brighter afternoon but with a risk of some heavy showers. We're expecting top temperatures of 15 to 20C but up to 22C in the south east.
Friday Night
It remains unsettled with spells of rain for much of the United Kingdom during the evening with the heavier rain for Scotland. Overnight the rain turns more showery across England and Wales but persists across much of Scotland. The showers across northern England could be quite heavy as well. A mild night with lows of 12 to 16C.
Saturday
A very unsettled and showery day to come on Saturday for most of Britain. While there will be some sunshine in between the showers, many will become locally heavy with a risk of thunder by the afternoon, especially across north east England and merging into longer spells of rain for southern Scotland. Few showers are expected in the far south east of England though. This evening we'll find the showers across eastern parts of Scotland and England with lots of evening sunshine in the west then overnight the showers clear leaving all parts dry with clear spells. Highs at 14 to 21C for most.
Sunday
With high pressure now in charge, a much better day to come across the United Kingdom. Most places will be fine and dry with sunny spells, perhaps the odd shower cropping up across southern parts of Northern Ireland and the north east of Scotland in the afternoon. A fine, pleasant evening to come in all areas and apart from rain into Northern Ireland, a dry, clear night to follow. High of 14 to 19C.
