Sunday
For the far north of Scotland and the Northern Isles it's going to be a grey, wet day with outbreaks of rain. Apart from a few scattered showers across Wales and north west England, it's a rather windy but dry day for the rest of the United Kingdom. Most places will have good spells of sunshine and some patchy cloudiness. We're expecting top temperatures of 14 to 20C north to south but feeling cool in the brisk north west wind.
Sunday Night
Some patchy rain to come in the north west of Scotland this evening which should fade away overnight. For the bulk of Britain it will be a fine, dry evening with some pleasant sunshine to end the day. Then dry and clear overnight but remaining quite breezy. A cool night tonight with lows of 6 to 10C.
Monday
Some rain is expected across parts of Northern Ireland and north west Scotland. For southern Scotland, England and Wales it's going to be a fine, dry day with long spells of sunshine and just some patchy cloud. With light winds it will feel warmer. Still some rain to come this evening and tonight in the far north west and cloud will thicken to bring drizzle to south west England, Wales and north west England otherwise a fine evening with a clear, dry night to come for most places. High of 16 to 21C.
Tuesday
So western parts of the United Kingdom start the morning overcast, dull, misty and drizzly. By the afternoon it should brighten up and be dry. Eastern and southern parts of England and eastern Scotland may be cloudy at first but soon the cloud thins to hazy sunny spells as it becomes very warm. Apart from rain in the north west tonight, it's dry with some low cloud and mist patches developing. High of 17 to 20C and 20 to 25C in the south.
