More showers or rain Better on Wednesday seiten=4 abk=focus
Tuesday
An unsettled day once again across all parts of the country. Low pressure is in control and this has bands of showers and rain rotating around it. Some more persistent rain could be through northern England, north Wales and northern Midlands as well as southern Scotland this morning. This will be drifting east but turning showery too. Elsewhere there will be a far amount of cloud but also some showers and these could be heavy at times. The afternoon sees little change with showers or rain for most of us. The driest areas will be the northwest of Scotland, and probably central and southern Ireland. Temperatures at 16 to 21C and windy in the south.
Tuesday Night
Showers through the evening, these fading from many places, but they will linger in the east throughout the night. Turning fairer to the north and west with drier weather coming through and some clear skies developing. The best of the clearer skies over Ireland and western parts of Wales and England. Lows near 10 to 14C.
Wednesday
Still some showers affecting eastern coasts of Scotland and England. Elsewhere it should be a bright morning with sunny spells and apart from some isolated showers it should be dry. Into the afternoon some cloud and showers could spread through southern Ireland, this cloud and showery rain perhaps reaching southern Wales and southwest England. Highs near a milder 18 to 23C.
Thursday
A slack pressure area affecting the country on Thursday. There will be some showers over southern Scotland, Ireland and northern England. Elsewhere a mix of sunshine and showers, a few of the showers heavy at times with a risk of thunder too. However, many places could stay dry with temperatures at a milder 18 to 24C.
