Fine and sunny Wet and windy tonight seiten=4 abk=focus

Saturday
Perhaps the odd shower this morning near the northern coast of Norfolk, otherwise it's a sunny, dry but quite chilly start to the day. In the afternoon Cloud is expected to thicken up in the west during the afternoon and rain spreads into Northern Ireland then onto the western coasts of England, Scotland and Wales by the end of the afternoon. We're expecting top temperatures of 16 to 22C north to south.

Saturday Night
Very windy and wet across Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and western England this evening with spells of locally heavy rain. Gales will affect western Scotland. Overnight the rain spreads to all areas but will be heaviest in the west though it does clear Northern Ireland as gales persist across Scotland. A warm night with lows of 12 to 15C.

Sunday
So a wet and windy morning for eastern, central and southern England but this should clear by the afternoon. Apart from a few blustery showers for western parts of Scotland and north west England, much of the United Kingdom looks dry in the afternoon with sunny spells. More rain spreads into Scotland and Northern Ireland in the evening and night with some drizzle across Wales and north west England. Dry for the rest of England. Highs of 16 to 21C.

Monday
Continued windy across Scotland with gales persisting. Best of the day's sunshine will be found in the far east and south of England. Elsewhere expect a good deal of cloud and there will be rain for Scotland and Northern Ireland with some patchy drizzle across Wales and northern England. Little change is expected into the evening and night. Highs of 17 to 21C.
