Fair and dry Rain in north from Monday seiten=4 abk=focus

Sunday
Quite a breezy and chilly day to come, especially across northern parts of Britain. In the morning expect sunny spells and a scattering of showers across Northern Ireland and Scotland. For England and Wales lots of sunshine to come this morning. In the afternoon more cloud develops across England and Wales but still some decent sunny spells. A few showers likely to develop across north east England as well. Expecting highs of 10 to 16C but feeling colder in that brisk north west wind.

Sunday Night
Just a few showers left across East Anglia this evening and an area of rain moves into across Northern Ireland and western Scotland. Find and dry for the remainder of the country with some evening sunshine. Overnight the rain turns heavier and persistent spilling into all of Scotland, northern England and into North Wales. To the south it stays fair and dry. Lows of 3 to 7C but 2C in the clearer south.

Monday
A wet, windy day across Northern Ireland, Scotland and northern England and northern Wales this morning and this area of rain slips a bit further into the North Midlands and northern parts of East Anglia in the afternoon. The rain tends to linger here right through the evening and night. To the south it will be dry albeit cloudy. Maximums of 10 to 17C north to south.

Tuesday
No a great deal of change expected today with a stationary front across northern areas. So more rain and drizzle with a lot of hill fog for Wales, northern England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Some heavy bursts are likely in the north west. Further south it stays dry but mostly cloudy. Cloudy across all areas this evening and overnight with sporadic outbreaks of rain, this light and patchy in the south. Remaining quite misty over the hills and around the coasts. Maximums of 10 to 15C.
