Sunday
A rather cloudy start to the morning over much of the country. There will be a line of rain spreading through southern Ireland, into Anglesey and northwest Wales and through northwest England as well. Drier over Scotland with some sunny spells, the best of them to the east. A brighter start to the day through southern parts of England with some sunny spells here. In the afternoon there will be some cloud and outbreaks of rain over southern and eastern areas, with more rain across Wales and northwest England. Drier over eastern and southern parts of the country with bright or even sunny spells here. The best of the sunshine over the far north of England. Highs at a warm 18 or 19C in the south of the country, colder in the far north at 11C.
Sunday Night
A few spots of rain still around southwestern coasts of the country. Drier weather over the rest of the country. Most of the cloud will be through more southern areas. Clearer skies to the north through Scotland and the far north of England. Low temperatures at 5C in Scotland, nearer 10C in southern England.
Monday
An increasing easterly wind across the south on Monday, becoming strong to gale force in exposed places. There will be some rain around too, most of this through southwest areas with little change through the day here. Elsewhere it should be dry. The further north you head the better the sunshine should be, with the best of the sunshine reserved for the west of Scotland. Highs will be to 19C in any sheltered parts of southern England, nearer 10C on eastern coasts of East Anglia.
Tuesday
The winds slowly easing through the day over southern parts of the country. There will be some outbreaks of rain for southern Ireland, Wales and the south of England although these tending to become more showery through the day. Some cloud could trouble the east coast of England and Scotland too, although for the west it should be dry and it is here where the best of the sunshine will be. Highs at 18C in the sunshine through the Midlands, 10C on eastern coasts of Scotland.
