Thursday
A dry, sunny morning across the West Country. For the rest of the United Kingdom it's a morning of sunshine and showers, a few may be heavy. In the afternoon still a few showers around across eastern parts of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland but these would be turning less frequent and less heavy as high pressure builds in from the west. Expect highs of 13 to 18C.

Thursday Night
Just a scattering of showers will affect western parts of Scotland and north west England during the course of the evening and night. Much of the United Kingdom will have a fine, dry evening with some late sunshine ahead of a dry clear night. A colder night with lows of 3 to 7C.

Friday
A dry, sunny day across Wales and the south of England. Scattered showers are expected elsewhere but still most areas will see some sunshine . In the afternoon the showers will become confined to Scotland and north eastern parts of England. Through the evening and night rain spills in across Northern Ireland and Scotland while it stays fine and dry across England and Wales with well broken cloud. Expect maximums of 13 to 17C.

Saturday
Today rain across Northern Ireland clears to sunshine and afternoon showers. Rain is expected to linger across much of Scotland today. But for England and Wales it is looking fine and dry with lots of sunshine and becoming warm as well. By evening most places will have become dry with a lot of sunshine this evening. Dry and clear by night with some patches of ground fog across central and southern England. Look for highs of 15 to 21C.
