Fresher, mainly dry Wet & windy Wednesday seiten=4 abk=focus

Tuesday
Some morning residual rain across East Anglia and the south east will gradually be clearing away and as we move into the afternoon it should become dry and sunnier as the ain and cloud clears away. Overall a much fresher, chillier day to come across much of the United Kingdom with a brisk north west wind now blowing. His will bring just a few scattered, light showers to some western coasts. Otherwise lots of sunshine will be on offer for many areas. Temperatures will be down 5 to 10 degrees from yesterday with highs 12 to 17C.

Tuesday Night
For the bulk of the country it's a dry and less windy evening with some good sunny spells to end the day. But further showers are expected across western Scotland as thicker cloud rolls into Northern Ireland. It becomes windier in the west tonight as rain spreads into all of Scotland north west England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Some drizzle into south west England with the rest of England dry. Expect lows of 6 to 10C.

Wednesday
So a wet, overcast and windy morning to come for much of Britain with spells of mainly light to moderate rain. This clears western Scotland, and Northern Ireland later this morning then the rain clears western parts of England later in the afternoon as it turns dry and sunnier from the west. Still some patchy drizzle in the south of England this evening then mainly dry across all areas overnight. The winds will be quite strong in the west with highs of 12 to 16C.

Thursday
A much better and warmer day to come today as high pressure dominates. Apart from some patchy rain and drizzle in the west of Scotland, it's a fine dry day with good sunny spells and some occasional cloud. All areas will remain fine with some late evening sunshine ahead of a dry, clear night wit some mist developing across The Midlands and southern parts of England. Look for highs of 14 to 21C.
