Fresher, mainly dry Wet & windy Wednesday seiten=4 abk=focus

Wednesday
A dry start to the day with some brightness across eastern parts of England. But elsewhere it's an overcast morning with outbreaks of rain and drizzle spreading in through the morning. Some of this will be heavy in the west with a good deal of fog over the hills. In the afternoon this rain and drizzle then spreads eastward reaching all areas by mid afternoon. The rain generally light and patchy in the east. A windy day too and temperatures will suffer with highs of 12 to 17C with gusty south west winds.

Wednesday Night
Largely cloudy breezy and misty across much of the United Kingdom with some patchy bits of rain and drizzle here and there. Largely dry across the south and east of England. A very warm night with lows of 10 to 13C.

Thursday
Generally a dull start to the morning with some patchy drizzle in the west and some light rain across Scotland. In the afternoon any rain will be across northern Scotland. For the bulk of Britain skies brighten up through the morning and by the afternoon most places will be seeing some fine sunshine. A fine evening to come across much of Britain with some late sunshine. It remains dry and clear overnight with some patchy mist by morning. Much warmer today with Highs of 16 to 24C.

Friday
Apart from a few scattered showers across northern Scotland it's another fine day across the whole of the United Kingdom with lots of sunshine after any early mistiness soon goes. Perhaps more cloud may drift near North Sea coasts with the winds from the north east. It remains fine and dry across the country for the evening and night. Rather breezy across the south west today with highs of 18 to 23C.
