Sunday
Quite a cloudy start to the day for much of northern and eastern England. There will be a few showers here and there. Brighter skies should follow from the west with sunny spells coming through, although there will always be showers in the far southwest of England and Ireland. Mainly dry for Scotland with some sunny spells here. Into the afternoon much of England will be bright with a scattering of showers through central and northern areas. For Wales and southwest England the showers will be heavier and more frequent. Scotland will have scattered showers, most through central and northern areas. Highs near 19 to 23C.

Sunday Night
Scattered showers through Scotland tonight, ahead of some cloud and periods of rain affecting Northern Ireland, Wales and western England. To the east it should be drier with some clearer skies coming through, the best of these to the southeast. Clearer skies developing over Ireland later in the night, and these clearer skies drifting into western Wales by the morning. Lows of 8C over Ireland, 14C in southeast England.

Monday
A band of rain is likely to be lying through southern Scotland and the east of England on Monday morning. This will be moving away to the east with drier weather following, together with a scattering of showers. Heavier showers may affect southern Ireland, southern Wales and southwest England. Into the afternoon the thicker cloud and outbreaks of rain pass through Ireland, Wales and western England, as well as western Scotland, whilst eastern Scotland and eastern England stay showery, but with a few sunny spells. Highs at 17 to 22C.

Tuesday
Rather clou0dy skies with outbreaks of rain affecting northern and central parts of England, this only slowly clearing to the east. Showers will be moving into Scotland, some of them heavy at times. For western England, Wales and southern Ireland there will be a mix of sunny spells and a few showers. Feeling cool in the northwest breeze with temperatures at 14C in northern Scotland, 21C in southern England.
