Monday
A moderate to locally heavy area of rain across East Anglia and the south east will be moving away but may linger across Kent until early afternoon. In the west expect a scattering of showers and sunny spells. In the afternoon much of western Britain turns mainly dry and mostly sunny. Central and eastern parts of Scotland and England will have a few showers and some decent sunny spells. Highs of 15 to 20C.
Monday Night
Much of the United Kingdom looks fine and dry this evening with lots of late sunshine to end the day. Just a few showers are possible around western coastal locations. Overnight just a few showers will be found across Wales and near the south west coast of England and western Scotland. Most places remain dry with clear spells. Lows at 11 to 15C.
Tuesday
An unsettled day again with plenty of showers developing in most parts of the United Kingdom. Many of the showers will be heavy, especially across Scotland and western Britain while few showers are likely across parts of East Anglia and south east England. Heavier rain is forecast to spread in across Northern Ireland and Scotland in the evening and night with lighter rain into much of England and Wales. Expect highs of 16 to 22C.
Wednesday
Quite a wet and breezy day to come across much of the United Kingdom with spells of rain. Some heavy bursts are likely in many areas. Later in the day it brightens up across Northern Ireland, Wales and western Scotland and England with just a few coastal showers. Much of eastern Britain will then be fine and dry in the evening and night as further showers persist in and around western coasts. Expect highs of 16 to 20C.
