Best sun in west Cloudier east seiten=4 abk=focus

Sunday
An east-west split across the country today. The best of the sunshine today will be through more western areas, with western Wales, southwest Scotland and western parts of southwest England as well as Ireland seeing most of it. To the east there will be more cloud drifting in off the North Sea and this is going to be broken allowing some sunny spells to come through. The afternoon sees very little change with most places enjoying some sunshine and fine weather, although always more cloud in the east. Feeling chilly in an increasing northeast wind across coasts of East Anglia and southeast England with highs at a chilly 16C in the cloud in the east, 21C in the sunshine over western coasts.

Sunday Night
The cloud gets blown back inland through this evening and overnight, spreading through eastern England and into the Midlands and southern England. The threat of a few spots of drizzle over the coasts of southeast England. Some clearer spells throughout the evening and night in west Wales and western England and staying dry here as well. Under the cloud temperatures will be falling no lower than 11C, but in the clear skies to the west minimums will be near 6 or 7C.

Monday
A rather cloudy, cool and breezy start to the morning across much of England and eastern Wales. For Scotland, western England and Wales cloud is going to be breaking with some sunny spells coming through here. Dry and sunny over Ireland. The cloud is going to be breaking as the morning wears on. Southeast England is likely to be staying fairly cloudy with the risk of some spots of rain over the coasts of Essex and Kent as well as the Greater London area. Lots of sunshine for much of Wales and the rest of England, Scotland and Ireland. Highs at 17C in the cloud over the far southeast and feeling cool here, 19C in the sunshine over western areas of Wales, England and Scotland.

Tuesday
Rather cloudy again through southern and central England with the threat of some outbreaks of showery rain here. There is the chance of some more persistent rain pushing into the far southeast later. Much of the rest of the country will be fair with good spells of sunshine, the best in the west. Thicker cloud for northwest Scotland later bringing the risk of some spots of rain. Highs of 18 to 21C.
