Thursday Night
An east-west split through the British Isles tonight. Western areas will become cloudier with some spots of drizzle, and the risk of some more persistent rain affecting Ireland. Western coasts of England, Wales and Scotland are going to be most prone to the drizzle. Eastern areas will be drier with some clearer spells and a few mist patches by the morning. Lows of 10 to 14C and so staying mild.

Friday
A dry and mainly cloudy morning through eastern parts of Wales and most of England, some morning mist too. This is going to be clearing away and then there will be some bright or sunny spells. For more western parts of Wales, England, Scotland and Ireland there will be some outbreaks of rain, this tending to become more persistent as the day wears on and the winds increase. More persistent rain then passes east through Ireland and Scotland as well as Wales and southwest England, a few heavy bursts at times. More central and eastern parts of England should stay dry. Highs at 15 to 18C and so staying very mild again.

Saturday

The afternoon looks set to bring cloud and some showers through Ireland, with rain clearing east out of Scotland and followed by a few showers. Drier for England and Wales but with a fair amount of cloud. Highs near 19C in the south, 13C on northwest Scotland.
