Sunday
Quite a cloudy, misty morning across England and Wales with a few dense patches here and there. Mainly dry except for some rain in the far north of England. Those locally dense fog patches too across parts of Wales and south west England may take some time to lift. A few breaks may allow some brief sunnier periods across eastern Wales. By the end of the afternoon some rain may show up across south west Wales. For Scotland and Northern Ireland a generally cloudy day with light rain though some snow over the Scottish Hills. Highs of 5 to 10C.
Sunday Night
Generally a cloudy evening with some patchy rain in the east and the south west that won't amount to much. Overnight most of this tends to die away. Though some light snow may affect eastern parts of Scotland. Cloud tends to break in places to allow a frost along with some fog. Expect lows of -1 to 3C.
Monday
Patchy light rain in the south east clears this morning. Some light snow near north east coasts of England may work it's way into East Anglia in the afternoon. The rest of Britain looks dry with the best of any sunshine I the south west of England. Rain spreads into Scotland and Northern Ireland tonight with a frost across England and Wales where skies clear. Highs of 3 to 7C.
Tuesday
A colder day to come for most. Outbreaks of rain across Scotland and Northern Ireland this morning spill into northern England in the afternoon with some snow over the Pennines. To the south it's a dry day but becomes increasingly cloudy from the north. Rain,, preceded by some snow over high ground, pushes down into the Midlands and Wales tonight. Look for top temperatures of 2 to 5C but up to 8C across Northern Ireland.
