Mainly dry Sunny spells Monday seiten=4 abk=focus

Saturday
A cold, frosty start across Northern Ireland, the West Country and South Wales where skies will be sunny. The rest of Britain will be quite cloudy with a few light showers or post of patchy drizzle or rain but this won't amount to anything. Still some occasional large amounts of cloud across Scotland and eastern parts of England with just a few widely scattered, light showers. Best of the sunshine will be further west. It will feel chilly with highs of 5 to 80C.

Saturday Night
During the evening we expect cloud in the east to spread west into most areas except for south west England. In the night scattered showers may push in across some eastern parts of England and Scotland. Where skies remain clear in the south west, there is a risk of a frost. Lows down to 1 to 4C.

Sunday
It will be staying dry across Britain through the day. Cloud tends to break this morning and for most of the United Kingdom, it's looking fine with sunny spells and patchy cloud. Rather chilly, especially along a breezy south coast of England. For the evening and night it will be staying dry and with clear skies, a widespread and hard frost will develop in many areas. Look for top temperatures of 5 to 8C north to south and lows down to -7C.

Monday
The strong cell of high pressure maintains today. Apart from a few scattered showers in the far north of Scotland, it's looking like another dry day to come with a mix of sunny spells and cloud. A cold, clear and frosty night for many with some fog patches also likely. Look for top temperatures of 6 to 8C and lows of 0 to -4C inland.
