A brighter day Rain in west seiten=4 abk=focus

Sunday
It's a fair start to the day over much of the country. There is some cloud around southeastern areas, although these are going to be breaking further in the afternoon. Any rain fading from the southeast too and then all places will be dry. Good spells of sunshine for many of us, although cloud is going to be increasing across Ireland bringing some outbreaks ofm rain here. Into this afternoon many parts of central and eastern England and Wales will be staying dry with sunny spells, although some outbreaks of showery rain will be affecting western parts of Scotland and Wales, Ireland then becoming drier and brighter. Highs at a mild 9 to 14C.

Sunday Night
A windy night to come across Wales, Ireland, Scotland and much of western England. Increasing cloud and rain here, some of it heavy at times. More eastern parts of the country will be drier with clearer spells at first, although the cloud is going to be increasing through the night. Lows at a 2C in central Scotland, 7C in western Wales and England.

Monday
A band of rain tracking eastwards through the country today. It will be bringing damp conditions to western Scotland, western England and Wales for Monday morning, and windy in the west too with gales on exposed coasts. Becoming brighter in the west for the afternoon with a mix of sunshine and blustery showers. That band of rain then pushes east through the Midlands and eastern England into Monday afternoon, with brighter weather following. Highs at 9 to 12C.

Tuesday
A mild day over all parts of the country and feeling very warm in the east. There will be some cloud and rain for more northern and western areas, most of this over western Scotland and western Ireland with drizzle affecting the west coasts of Wales and western England. Brighter skies to the east with sunny spells here. Less breezy overall with highs at 10 to 15C.
