Wet & dreary More and more rain seiten=4 abk=focus

Wednesday
For much of the United Kingdom it's a damp, grey morning with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. This looks heaviest across western Wales, Northern Ireland and western parts of Scotland. A lot of hill too. We keep a lot of low cloud, mist and rain across much of Britain for this afternoon again with the heaviest rain in the west. A mild day with highs of 10 to 13C.

Wednesday Night
This evening the rain will have cleared south west England, Northern Ireland and perhaps west Wales. Damp elsewhere with moderate rain across East Anglia and the south east. Overnight most places turn dry with some clear spells in the north and west. Here it becomes cold enough for a touch of frost but still mild in the south. Lows of 0 to 9C.

Thursday
For much of Britain the morning starts dry and bright with some sunshine. Later rain spills in across south west England and South Wales. In the afternoon the rain in the south west turns heavier as it spreads into all of England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Still dry across Scotland. As the rain travels north the heavy rain moves into Scotland and become slight in the south. Expect for top temperatures of 10 to 13C north to south.

Friday
With low pressure in charge it will be another unsettled day. More rain to come across Britain through out the day. In the morning this looks heaviest across Scotland then across north east England in the afternoon. The rain clears Scotland as it turns colder in the north. Still some light rain to come for England and Wales. Look for top temperatures of 7 to 11C.
