Turning fine and dry Remaining very warm seiten=4 abk=focus
Friday
A band of rain from north east England into the Midlands and south west England will fizzle and fade out by the afternoon. So most of England, Wales and southern parts of Scotland will be fine and dry with sunny spells and still warm. Occasional showers will affect Northern Ireland and northern Scotland. Highs to 20 to 26C.
Friday Night
This evening most places will be fine and dry with lots of late sunshine to be found and it stays dry with clear spells overnight. But in the north west of Scotland further showers will persist into the evening and the night, a few heavy as well. Expect lows of 10 to 13C.
Saturday
Still a number of showers across western Scotland and Northern Ireland this morning but in the afternoon this will be replaced by more general rain. For England, Wales and eastern Scotland it looks to stay fine and dry with some decent sunny spells and feeling quite warm as well. This evening rain will fall across Scotland and Northern Ireland and this spreads into Wales and northern England while the south stays dry. Expect highs of 18 to 25C.
Sunday
Generally a cloudy morning and there will be some light rain in many areas of the country. By the afternoon just some patchy rain will be found in the south east of England then dry and sunnier except for a scattering of showers in the north west. We keep some showers in the north west of Scotland otherwise it's a dry fine evening and night. Expect highs of 17 to 23C.
