A cloudy, misty and damp morning across south west and northern England along with Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland with outbreaks of rain and drizzle this will be heaviest across Scotland and Cumbria. Not much change here in the afternoon though it brightens up across north east England. To the south a dry day with the best of the sunshine and becoming hot in the south east. Windy in the west with highs to 18 to 31C.
Friday Night
For eastern, central and southern parts of England it looks to stay fine and dry for the evening and night while the rest of the country sees further outbreaks of rain. A warm night with lows of 8 to 13C.
Saturday
Outbreaks of rain clear northern England will persist across Scotland and Northern Ireland with some light rain for Wales. The rest of England will stay dry and again it will be quite hot with hazy sunshine. Expect highs of 20 to 31C. Outbreaks of rain will be across Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and western England tonight. A warm and humid night in most parts.
Sunday
This morning the rain in the north and west weakens as it moves in across central and eastern parts of England. Some sunshine develops in many areas and it stays hot in the south east. We see more persistent rain in the far south east in the evening spreading up into East Anglia and southern England in the night. showers will affect western Scotland tonight with the rest of Britain dry wit well broken cloud. Expect highs of 18 to 28C.
