Sunday
A rather cloudy morning to come over much of the country. There will be breaks in the cloud allowing some sunny spells to come through, the best of these through more southern parts of England and Wales. There could be a few showers developing over northern and eastern parts of England, but for most it will be dry. Into this afternoon the showers will become heavier over northeast England and East Anglia although they will be remaining scattered. More persistent rain reaching western Scotland and western Ireland with the rest of the country having broken cloud and some sunny spells. Tops of 16C in northern Scotland, 25C in southeast England.
Sunday Night
Showers fading away through this evening to leave most of England and Wales dry with clear spells. Thicker cloud and some outbreaks of rain over western parts of Scotland and Ireland. These outbreaks of rain will be edging slowly eastwards overnight, although never making it past Ireland and Scotland. For the rest of England and Wales it will be fair with clearer periods and temperatures down to 9 to 12C.
