Monday
It will be a fair start to the day over much of England. Some sunny spells in the east, and these lasting for much of the morning. A different story further north and west where a front is moving in bringing some periods of rain this morning. As this cloud and rain spills eastwards into Wales, northwest and the far southwest of England it will become more patchy and fragmented. Cloud increases through the Midlands and southeast England this afternoon, still with a few bright or sunny spells. More northern and western areas staying cloudier with some outbreaks of rain, although things turning drier across Northern Ireland, western England, western Scotland and Wales. Highs at 17C in northern Scotland, 24C in southern England.

Monday Night
Overnight the remnants of the weak front bringing the rain cross northern England and the Midlands, before fading away. A few showers affecting western coasts of Scotland, but generally the night is going to be dry with some clear spells. More southern counties of England will have increasing amounts of cloud and some rain spilling in here. Lows near 8 to 12C.

Tuesday
A wet morning across southern parts of England. The rain here becoming heavy and possibly thundery as it moves northeast to East Anglia and the southeast. This rain lasting into the middle of the afternoon the the southeast, but more western areas should become drier. Fair for Wales and the Midlands, although some scattered showers across northern England, Scotland and Ireland. A few of the showers could be heavy at times. Tops near 15 to 22C.

This is going to be bringing sunny spells and showers with it. most of the showers will be through more northern and western areas of Scotland and Ireland, even here most of them light.
