Tuesday
An area of cloud and rain tracking along southern coasts of England this morning, some of the rain heavy at times. This slips into southeast England and parts of East Anglia early on in the morning. This area of rain clears away to the east by mid morning, with drier and brighter weather following. Across most of England and Wales the weather should be dry with broken cloud and sunny spells. Some scattered showers forming over northern England, with some heavier showers for Scotland. Scattered showers with sunny spells for Scotland with highs at 15C in northern Scotland, 23C in southern England.
Tuesday Night
An area of cloud and rain for northern and western parts of Scotland, some of this heavy at times over high ground. Further south conditions are going to be drier and there will be some clearer spells coming through too. Little change is expected through the night, and it may become cool in those clear skies. Lows near 9C i England and Wales, 12C over the cloudier north and west of Scotland.
Wednesday
A dry day to come through much of England and Wales. There will be sunny spells here, although there will be some broken cloud too. A few showers could affect the southern coasts of England. More showers for the north of Wales and northern England although again these will be scattered. Thicker cloud and some periods of rain through Scotland, this turning heavy at times on the hills. Breezy in Scotland too and feeling cool here. Highs near 24C in southern England, 15C in northern Scotland.
Thursday
A cool north to northwest breezy blowing through the country on Thursday. This bringing cloud and some showers. Most of these showers across more northern and eastern parts of the country, some of them affecting northern and western parts of Wales too. The best of the sunshine through southern England. Highs near 14 to 22C.
