Saturday
A very unsettled is expected across England and Wales with sunshine, cloud and showers. Some of these showers are likely to be heavy, particularly across the West Midlands into southern parts of England and here there is a risk of thunder in the afternoon. The showers may also merge into a longer spell of rain across south western parts of England. A drier, sunnier day in store for Northern Ireland and Scotland with just a few showers in the south of Scotland. Quite windy day across northern England and western areas. Highs of 17 to 21C.

Saturday Night
This evening still a few showers across Wales and south west England, otherwise the showers die away. This leads to a dry night across all parts of the United Kingdom with clear spells. Expect lows of 9 to 14C.

Sunday
A brisk north east breeze will prevail today and this may keep eastern areas more cloudy with a risk of a few spots of rain perhaps close to North Sea coasts of England. Most areas though will be dry with the best of the sunshine towards the west and across Northern Ireland and western Scotland, south west England and Wales. A dry evening to come the overnight some rain may affect East Anglia and the south east. Expect highs of 15 to 22C.

Monday
Outbreaks of rain and drizzle are forecast across East Anglia and the south east through the day and this looks heavier in the morning. For all other areas high pressure will keep it fine and dry with sunny spells. Rain spreads into Northern Ireland in the evening then into western Scotland in the night. Expect highs of 15 to 22C.
