Friday
For East Anglia and the south east it should be a dry, brighter and very warm day. Elsewhere a lot more in the way of cloud with showers but rain is expected across north east England. In the afternoon lots of showers to come, some locally heavy. Windy today especially in the west with strong south west winds to 40mph. Highs of 19 to 24C.

Friday Night
This evening some rain and showers will affect parts of England and Wales. This tends to drift more into southern areas during the night. For Northern Ireland and Scotland it looks fair and dry with some evening sunshine then mostly clear overnight. Still quite windy tonight in the west but a very warm and muggy night in the south with lows of 12 to 17C.

Saturday
Across Wales and central and southern England it looks unsettled with a good deal of cloud and rain and showers. To the north a lot drier conditions prevail with sunny spells but plenty of heavy showers develop across Scotland and Northern Ireland. Through the night that area of showers and rain should become confined to the far south of England. Mostly dry across the rest of Britain. Expect highs of 18 to 25C.

Sunday
Any showers across East Anglia and the south east should fade to sunny spells this morning then fine and dry. Occasional showers too to come across Scotland and Northern Ireland, some of these heavy in the afternoon. Much of England and Wales looks fine and dry with sunny spells. Expect highs of 17 to 24C.
