Sunday
A cloudy and misty morning across much of Britain with some patchy bits of light rain across eastern parts of England and some patchy snow for eastern Scotland. In the afternoon we expect little overall change as we expect to keep a good deal of cloud and some patchy rain across central and eastern areas of England and Scotland. Over the Highlands expect some light snow. Perhaps some brighter spells develop in the west. Look for highs of 3 to 9C.

Sunday Night
Through the evening we expect a good deal of dry weather but generally cloudy. Overnight outbreaks of rain will affect Northern Ireland. Mainly dry, cloudy and misty for the rest of the United Kingdom. A frost is possible where any cloud breaks occur. Expect lows of -1 to 4C.

Monday
Some snow to come for a time across northern Scotland. A dry morning and afternoon for East Anglia and the south east with rain across the rest of Britain, heaviest across north west England in the morning. More light rain to come in the north and west, cloudy and mist for the rest of Britain. Expect high temperatures of 3 to 8C.

Tuesday
A miler day today but a wetter one with outbreaks of rain for much of Britain. Some of this is going to be on the heavy side across Scotland and northern England for much of the day. Most of the rain clears into the North Sea tonight with still some light rain for northern Scotland into the channel. Highs of 8 to 12C.
