Unseasonably mild today. A dull, misty morning to come across the country with some heavier rain across eastern parts of Britain and some drizzle in the west. Lots of fog develops over the hills and higher routes. In the afternoon rain is expected across Scotland, Northern Ireland, northern England and Wales, heavy in the north. Dry elsewhere but cloudy. Tonight remains overcast and misty with light rain for northern Scotland and pockets of drizzle across England and Wales. Rather windy tonight with high temperatures of 10 to 14C.

Feeling spring like today. Any rain clears from northern Scotland. Some sunshine develops across eastern parts of England and Scotland and here feeling the warmest. More cloud generally across western parts Britain with a brisk south west wind blowing. Light rain comes into the west tonight. Highs of 10 to 14C.
