Thursday
Windy across Scotland today and unseasonably mild across Britain again A wet morning across northern Scotland but this fades by the afternoon. Overall a dry but cloudy morning with a few patches of drizzle in the west. In the afternoon the west stays cloudy with a few spots of rain but some decent spells of sunshine are expected to develop in central and eastern parts of Britain and in any sun it will feel quite spring like. Look for highs of 9 to 14C.
Thursday Night
Through the evening the low cloud redevelops across much of the country with some patchy bits of drizzle in the west. Another mild, cloudy night to come with patchy rain near western coasts and heavier rain into western Scotland. Expect lows of 7 to 10C.
Friday
This morning looks wet across Scotland, northern England and Wales and as this clears in the afternoon the area of rain pushes down into the rest of England and becomes a bit lighter. That rain in the south gradually clears during the evening leaving a dry, clear and colder night than of late. Mostly clear skies will lead to a frost across Scotland. Highs of 9 to 14C.

A few showers to come for western Scotland otherwise a dry morning with some sunshine but rather cloudy across the south and Wales. In the afternoon there is a risk of heavy rain across Wales with showers around western coasts. Eastern areas looks dry with sunny spells. That heavy rain spreads across much of southern England tonight. Highs of 7 to 12C.
