Monday
A dry, bright morning across central and eastern parts of England and Scotland with lots of sunshine. Outbreaks of rain and drizzle are expected in the west this morning and in the afternoon this turns heavier across north west England, Northern Ireland and North Wales. Some light rain comes into the North Midlands this afternoon but in the south it will be staying fair and dry as cloud increase. Highs of 13 to 18C.

Monday Night
Very wet with heavy rain this evening for North Wales parts of Northern Ireland and north west England along with south west Scotland. Overnight the rain will be across much of northern England, into the Midlands and south west England as showers come into north west Scotland. A mild night with lows of 10 to 14C.

Tuesday
An area of rain across the south of England this morning turns heavier in the afternoon as it moves a bit further up into the South Midlands, East Anglia, perhaps South Wales. Mainly dry across the north of England while a number of showers will affect Northern Ireland and Scotland. That rain in the south lingers across Kent and Sussex into the evening and night. Rain also moves into the north west of Scotland tonight with the rest of Britain dry with clear spells. Expect highs of 13 to 17C.

Wednesday
Across Scotland and Northern Ireland turns to heavy showers in the afternoon. East Anglia and the south and south east of England should be fair and dry with sunny spells while showers affect the rest of England and Wales. This evening and tonight should be dry with any showers retreating back to western coasts. Expect highs of 13 to 17C.
