Thursday
Eastern parts of Scotland and England along with central areas of England will have a fine, dry day with sunny spells and some patchy cloud. The west will have generally more cloud and some scattered showers, most will be light. Highs of 13 to 18C.

Thursday Night
Rain spreads into north west Scotland this evening then becomes heavier overnight as it moves into Northern Ireland. Apart from a few showers around the western coasts of Wales it looks dry for this evening and overnight across much of Britain with clear spells. Lows of 8 to 10C.

Friday
A lot of cloud across western parts of Britain today with sporadic outbreaks of rain. This will be heavier and more steady in the north west. Elsewhere it will be fair and dry with the best of the sunshine in the morning in the south. Tonight the rain band will lie from western Scotland into western parts of England and Wales. Dry across the eastern half of the country and into the Midlands. Expect highs of 13 to 19C.

Saturday
An area of light rain becomes patchy across northern England, Wales and south west England. Showers will affect Northern Ireland and western Scotland. Fine in the east and across East Anglia and the south east with lots of warm sunshine to come. That rain may pep up a bit across north east England into The Midlands and south west England tonight. Expect highs of 15 to 21C.
