Outbreaks of rain are expected across East Anglia and the south east today and will become heavy in the afternoon edging into the East Midlands. The bulk of the country should be dry with the best of the sunshine across Scotland, north west England and Northern Ireland. Expect highs of 10 to 15C.

That area of rain tends to linger across East Anglia, the Midlands and the south east into the evening and becomes light and patchy in the night. Dry across the rest of Britain with clear spells. Colder in the north with a local touch of frost possible. Expect lows of 2 to 5C in the north, 5 to 10C in the south.
Sunday
A windier day, colder today. Cloudy across the south east, The East Midlands and East Anglia and here some light rain is expected to persist but will be quite patchy. Again it looks dry and sunnier to the north across north west England, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Some patchy rain may linger in the south east tonight. Most of the country looks dry with a risk of a frost in the north again. Expect highs of 10 to 13C.
Monday
Still some patchy bits of rain to come across East Anglia and the far south of England through the day. Most of Britain will be fair and dry with sunny spells. Light rain may push up into Wales and central areas of England tonight but continued dry and clear in the north. Expect highs of 9 to 12C.
