A cooler spell of weather is on the way for next week. High pressure is going to be east of the country, with low pressure to the west for most of the week. This is going to be bringing a southeast flow and will bring plenty of dry weather too.

Monday 14/11/11
A southeast wind conditioners to blow through the country on Monday. It is going to be feeling much cooler for most. The best of the sunshine will be over northern and eastern Scotland as well as the east of England. Further west cloud is going to be thicker and it is going to be dry here as well. Highs at 14C in the far south of England, but more generally 9 to 11C.

Tuesday 15/11/11
The southeast flow remains through the country on Tuesday with high pressure to the west and low pressure to the west. Conditions are going to be dry with some sunny spells, the best of these through northern and eastern areas. Always more cloud to the west of the country. Highs at 7 to 12C.



Wednesday 16/11/11
Low pressure stays to the west with high pressure to the east through Wednesday. The winds remain as a southeasterly and it is going to be dry too. There will be some good spells of sunshine coming through, again most of these to the north and east. Highs will be reaching 9 to 12C.

Thursday 17/11/11
A cold front moving into northwest Scotland and northern parts of Ireland through Thursday bringing some spots of rain here. A further front drifting into the southwest of England, with some spots of drizzle or light rain here. Elsewhere there will be more broken cloud with sunny spells. Highs at 9 to 13C.

Friday 18/11/11
High pressure holds through southern England on Friday as a warm front moves through Ireland and into the west of Scotland. This front bringing outbreaks of rain and drizzle. More southern areas will be drier although there could be mist and fog patches at first. These clearing to leave sunny spells. Highs at 9 to 12C.

Saturday 19/11/11
More cloud and some outbreaks of rain over Northern Ireland and Scotland through Saturday. The south is likely to have a murky start, but it should become brighter through the day with sunny spells developing. Feeling milder too. Highs at 14C in the far south, 10C in northwest Scotland.
