Rather cloudy Patchy rain in places seiten=4 abk=focus

Tuesday
It becomes a bit windier across the country today and feeling cold, especially across Northern Ireland and western Scotland into the Irish Sea. Generally we expect a cloudy day across most parts of the country and this will be thick enough to give some sporadic outbreaks of patchy light rain and drizzle from central England into northern England and eastern Scotland. Some breaks will give sunnier spells to south west England, western Wales, north west England, western Scotland and Northern Ireland in the afternoon. Expect highs of 9 to 11C.

Tuesday Night
Through the evening and night we should keep lots of cloud and a few spots of rain here and there. Where any lengthy breaks develop, expect a touch of first, these most likely in the north west of Britain. Expect lows of 3 to 7C but around 1C in clear, rural spots.

Wednesday
We keep a good deal of cloud across the country today but maybe more sunshine comes through across eastern areas. In the afternoon some rain is expected to spread in across south western parts of England, Wales and Northern Ireland. As that rain pushes north and east it becomes light and patchy tonight. Expect highs of 8 to 12C.

Thursday
An increasingly windy day in store for the country with gales developing in the north west later. Rain is forecast for Northern Ireland and northern Scotland during the day. Most of England and Wales will be dry with plenty of cloud though again, the cloud may break to give sunnier spells at times. That area of rain will linger across Scotland and Northern Ireland into the evening and the night. Cloudy but dry across England and Wales. Expect highs of 10 to 14C.
