Saturday
Plenty of cloud affecting the country on Saturday morning. The cloud is going to be broken in the east with some bright or sunny spells developing here. There could be a few spots of rain on western hills of Scotland, England and Wales, although for most it should be dry. The afternoon sees the cloud breaking further with some reasonable spells of sunshine coming through for much of England and eastern Scotland. Highs at 17C in the sunshine in the south and east, 9C in western Scotland.
Saturday Night
A dry night ahead for almost all parts of the country although there may again be some spots of drizzle over the western slopes of Scotland. Plenty of cloud around once again, although this is going to be breaking further with clear spells developing. Temperatures down to 4 to 7C.
Sunday
High pressure will be centred over Wales on Sunday. This affects all parts of the country and brings lots of dry weather to all parts. There will be good spells of sunshine with the best of these across southern parts of England and Wales. A weak warm front could bring more cloud into northwest Scotland producing a few spots of drizzle here. Temperatures rising to 10C in western Scotland, 17C in southern England.
Monday
The area of high pressure remains over the country on Monday. This is going to be bringing plenty of dry weather through all places. There will be lots of sunshine throughout the day for most places, although always the chance of some low cloud drifting onto the coasts of northwest Scotland. Highs at 12 to 17C.
