Thursday
Becoming windy with gales in the south west. Wet with rain spreading into all of England and Wales this morning, heaviest in the west and across Northern Ireland. Showers are expected across northern Scotland this afternoon with the rest of Britain having spells of locally heavy rain. Expect high temperatures of 14 to 17 Celsius.
Thursday Night
Strong gales with gusts to 55 mph are expected in the south of England tonight. Perhaps a dry evening and night across East Anglia and the south east but wet for all other areas with further outbreaks of heavy rain. Minimum temperatures down to 10 to 12 Celsius.
Friday
Continued very windy in the far south of England with strong gales. Spells of rain are expected across the country this morning. In the afternoon this may turn more showery with rain across Wales and southern England. Tonight England and Wales turns dry while rain lingers across Scotland. Expect top temperatures today of 13 to 16 Celsius.
Saturday
Continued unsettled across the country withy showery outbreaks of rain for most areas. Best of the sunshine may be in the south. Late in the afternoon more persistent rain comes into Cornwall. This spreads into Wales and the southern half of England in the night. Strong winds also develop in the far south. High temperatures today of 13 to 16 Celsius.
