Saturday
Low pressure brings more unsettled weather through much of northern England and Scotland through Saturday. The rain tending to become more showery through the day, although always plenty of cloud across most of the country. Drier weather over southern England, Wales and much of Ireland with some sunny spells here. A few showers developing through the far south of England later, although a welcome drier day for many. Highs at 18C in southern England, 11C in the far north of Scotland.

Saturday Night
Showers will be continuing to affect northeast England and southern Scotland overnight, some merging to longer spells of rain. A further area of cloud and some outbreaks of rain will spread through the Channel bringing some rain to southern coasts of England. Skies will be clear through the rest of England and Wales, as well as Ireland and the central parts of Scotland. This leads to a cold night with a risk of a frost with lows at 0C in rural areas, nearer 7C where it stays cloudier.

Sunday
A complex area of low pressure extends through southern Ireland and into the southern parts of England on Sunday. There will be cloud and some outbreaks of showery rain here as an colluded front stretches through the low from west to east. A trough over eastern Scotland brings heavy showers here, some merging to linger spells of rain. Elsewhere it is probably going to be brighter with some sunny spells, the best of these tending to be to the west of Scotland. Highs at 20C in central England, 10C in northern Scotland.

Monday
The flow turning to the north through Monday introducing much cooler air through all parts of the country. Ckoud and some showery outbreaks of rain may affect eastern coasts of Scotland and England at anytime. A further area of cloud and showers affecting the far south of England where a trough extends from ther west to the eastern Channel. Elsewhere though the day will be bright with some sunny spells, and just an isolated, slow moving shower developing. Highs at 18C in southern England, 10C in northern Scotland.
