Tuesday
An area of moderate to heavy rain is expected across southern parts of East Anglia, the East Midlands and to the south. Eastern parts of England and in the afternoon this is likely to affect south it and south eastern England. Elsewhere expect the variable cloud, a few sunny spells and occasional showers. Showers may be heavy across western parts of Wales and southwest England with a few showers are likely across eastern parts of England and Scotland. Expect high temperatures of 12 to 17 Celsius.
Tuesday Night
By evening the rain will clear the southeast of England. Still some showers to come across Northern Ireland, Wales, and western parts of Scotland and England. These tend to linger during the course of the night with central and eastern areas dry with some clear spells developing. Minimum temperatures down to 4 to 10 Celsius.
Wednesday
Wednesday morning sees a number of showers again across much of Scotland, Northern Ireland and western parts of England and Wales with the east dry with the best of the sunshine. In the afternoon the showers become more widespread and again some will be locally heavy, although we could stay dry across southeast England. Most areas will be dry during the night as the cloud thickens up in the west. Expect top temperatures today of 12 to 16 Celsius.
Thursday
With a deep area of low pressure is approaching the country, it becomes increasingly windy today as gales develop in the south west later. Outbreaks of rain across Wales and southwest England in the morning, some heavy pushing in across Northern Ireland, western parts of Scotland into southern parts of England. To the east it looks mainly dry until the rain spreads across all parts of the country. In the evening and lingers overnight. This rain will be heavy. High temperatures today of 12 to 16 Celsius.
