North eastern parts of England and eastern Scotland may see some persistent rain into the evening and night. A number of heavy showers still linger across much of England but these fade from most areas in the night. Expect minimum temperatures of 10 to 12 Celsius.

Mostly cloudy with rain for northern England and Scotland while showers develop across England, Wales and Northern Ireland. The afternoon looks very showery and these locally heavy with a risk of thunder across central and southern England. Most of the showers fade away in the evening with a mainly dry night. Apart from a few spots of rain across northern England and Wales, a dry morning for most places. Lots of showers develop for the afternoon, some heavy, with much of Scotland and Northern Ireland dry and sunnier. The showers clear later this evening with a dry night across much of the country.
