Sunshine and Showers Becoming Warmer, Drier for Weekend seiten=4 abk=focus

Friday
Most parts of the United Kingdom will start the day, dry with some good spells of sunshine. During the course of the morning though more cloud is going to develop, and this will lead to some scattered showers developing from the morning onwards and a few could be heavy across northern England by the end of the morning. This will be followed by an afternoon of sunny spells and showers, again some are likely to be heavy through central and southern parts of England to northern England. Much of Cornwall and Devon is likely to remain dry with sunny spells and perhaps south western parts of Wales will have a dry, sunny afternoon. High temperatures of 15 to 20 Celsius.

Friday Night
At first the showers will continue this evening but will then tend to fade by mid evening with some late sunshine to in the day. This will lead to a dry, mostly clear night and it will feel quite chilly as temperatures fall into single figures across a large part of the country. Minimum temperatures of 5 to 11 Celsius are expected.

Saturday
We can expect a good deal of dry weather with sunny spells on Saturday morning, one or two showers will be found across the Midlands, the far south of England and northern Scotland. It's in these areas in the afternoon the showers may become a bit more widespread with isolated everyone. Generally more cloud to come for most northern areas this afternoon. By evening it will turn dry this will be followed by a dry night. High temperatures today of 17 to 20 Celsius.

Sunday
With high pressure now dominating, all of England and Wales and south eastern parts of Scotland are going to be fine and dry with good spells of sunshine today it will feel pleasantly warm and that sunshine. A weather front, though is expected to bring outbreaks of rain into northern and south western parts of Scotland along with Northern Ireland. During the course of the night some of this rain may reach the far north west of England and the far north of Wales. High temperatures today of 18 to 22 Celsius.
