Sunday
A chilly start to the morning across most of England, Wales and Scotland. It will be dry with good spells of sunshine, just a few showers affecting the far north of Scotland, and the chance of an isolated shower affecting northern coasts of Wales. Broken cloud through Ireland brigns a few showers on western and northern casts, but generally it should be dry and bright. Further sunny spells through this afternoon, the best of it in the east where it will be a lovely day. More cluod to the west, although tending to be dry apart from on northern and western coasts of Scotland, and again those odd showers in northern Wales. Highs at a cool 5 to 7C in Scotland, 8 to 10C over most of the rest of the UK and Ireland.

Sunday Night
Clear skies allowing temperatures to fall quickly this evening, with a touch of frost forming, especially in northern and eastern areas. Increasing cloud to the west will be edging east, lifting temperatures through the night. Thicker cloud and rain spreading through Ireland, this becoming more persistent after mdinight. Rain reaching western Scotland, the western coasts of Wales and the far west of Cornwall by Monday morning. Lows at 0 to 2C for many, although -4C in central Scotland, and 2 to 4C in cloudier western areas.

Monday
A series of fronts spreading east through Ireland and the UK on Monday. This brings a cloudy day for most of the UK and Ireland with periods of rain. Most of the rain affecting Ireland, southwest and western Scotland. Lighter rain further south with low cloud shrouding the hills of much of western Ebngland and Wales. East Anglia and the far southeast is likely to be staying dry overall and there could even be a few brighter spells here at first. A mild day 7 to 10C for most, but 10 to 14C in more western and southern areas.

Tuesday
A ridge of high pressure through southeastern England on Tuesday. Low pressure southwest of Iceland brings a southwest flow through the country. There will be plenty of cloud around at first, drizzle and patchy rain affecting southern and western parts of England and Wales with fog on coasts and hills. More persistent cloud through Ireland and Scotland, these heavy at times. Some bright spells forming across the Midlands and eastern England. Highs at 11 to 13C, but perhaps to 15C in any brighter spells to the east.
