Saturday
Cloud and outbreaks of rain affecting East Anglia and southeast England on saturday morning. This rain will be clearing slowly eastwards in the afternoon, althiough it may be the evening before the rain finally clears from Kent. Brighter and cooler weather will be following into northern and western England and Wales as well as eastern Scotland. Some showers on western coasts of Wales and Ireland as well as western Scotland. The showers turning wintry over the western Highlands. Highs at 4 to 9C.
Saturday Night
A chilly night to come across much of the UK and Ireland as skies become clear. There will be a few mist or fog patches by the morning. Frost is going to become widespread with lows around 0 to -2C for most places. There could be some thicker cloud in the far southeast, this preventing a frost forming here. A few showers persists over western Scotland and the west of Ireland.
Sunday
A ridge of high pressure builds through the UK on Sunday, althougha warm front spreads into Ireland, from the Atlantic, on Sunday afternoon. It is going to be a chilly start to the day. Overall a fine day with lots of sunshine. The sunshine turning hazy in the west as high cloud increases. This cloud lowers and thickens through the afternoon bringing rain into Ireland with increasing winds. Highs at 9 to 12C.
Monday
A deep area of low pressure to the west of Scotland on Monday. Fronts surround the low clearing north and east. There will be some heavy periods of rain across Scotland and Northern Ireland, with a further arera of rain clearing east. Scattered heavy showers follow through Wale, western and southern England as well as Ireland. It is going to be a very windy day with severe gales in the west and north, the winds easing later. Highs at 9 to 12C.
