Sunnier, Drier Less Windy seiten=4 abk=focus

Friday
Not as windy today. For Wales and the southern half of England, expect a few occasional showers through the day. These will be interspersed with some brighter, sunnier spells, more so in the afternoon. A few showers to come across northern Scotland as well but the rest of the country should be dry and fairly sunny. Expect maximum temperatures of 10 to 13 Celsius.

Friday Night
It should be fine and dry for the evening and late sunshine to come. Overnight it remains dry and with light winds and mostly clear skies, we can expect a colder night of late with the risk of ground frost across much of the United Kingdom. Minimum temperatures of -2 to +3C.

Saturday
Apart from the odd isolated shower across northern Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, much of the country should have a fine dry day with good spells of sunshine. With light winds should feel pleasantly mild. It turns cloudier across the north and west tonight as rain moves into Northern Ireland and much of Scotland. South eastern parts of England could see a frost again develop. Expect high temperatures of 11 to 14 Celsius.

Sunday
A windier day, especially across the north west. An area of rain across Scotland, northern England and Wales in the morning spreads into all but East Anglia and the far southeast in the afternoon. As the rain then clears, expect a mixture of sunshine and showers to follow in from the west. An area of rain becomes light as it moves into East Anglia and the southeast in the evening than pushes away overnight. As it does so, another area of heavier rain spreads in across Northern Ireland and northern Scotland. High temperatures of 9 to 13 Celsius.
