Monday
Cloud and some outbreaks of rain affecting eastern Scotland and perhaps parts of southeast England on Monday morning. The cloud should be breaking with sunny spells coming through over much over England and Wales. Dry with sunny spells over Ireland and much of the west of the UK. Generally dry through the afternoon for most, just an isolated shower. Clouding up in western Ireland later bringing rain here this evening. Highs at 19C in any sunshine in the southeast of England, 10C in western Scotland.

Monday night
Dry through the night over East Anglia and southeast England. After being dry for most of the night, cloud and some patchy rain arrives into central, southern and northeast England later, the winds increasing here too. A wet and windy night over southwest England and Wales as well as northwest England and Scotland, some of it heavy, and with the winds to gale force in the west. A windy night in Ireland, severe gales in the north and west with rain clearing to heavy showers. Lows of 6 to 8C.

Tuesday
Low pressure is going to be passing through northern Scotland on Tuesday. This brings severe gales here, with cloud, rain and heavy showers. Cloud and some periods of rain in southeast England and along southern coasts. Elsewhere cloud is going to be more broken and it should be staying dry too. The best of the sunshine over more eastern parts of England. Highs at 12 to 17C.

Wednesday
Another area of low pressure passes through Ireland on Wednesday. This is going to be taking cloud and strong winds through much of Ireland, northern and western England, this rain passing east, although most of it light in the east. Showers and sunny spells following into Ireland, some of them heavy. Highs at 18C for much of England and Wales, generally 10 to 14C elsewhere.
