Monday
Very windy across northern Britain today. Most parts of the country will start dry and sunny. Cloud and scattered showers are expected to develop through the morning and the afternoon, interspersed with dry, sunny spells. Few if any showers to come across south west England and Kent. Expect maximum temperatures of 10 to 13 Celsius.

Monday Night
Continued windy this evening but any showers will have faded with most places having a dry evening with late sunshine. Overnight it stays dry with clear spells and a touch of frost in sheltered areas. Expect minimum temperatures of 0 to 4C.

Tuesday
Showers are expected across northern Scotland and Northern Ireland. Southern Scotland, England and Wales will have a fine, dry day with sunny spells. An area of rain moves into northern Scotland in the evening and this spreads into Northern Ireland overnight. Dry across the rest of Britain with a frost in the south. Expect high temperatures of 10 to 14 Celsius.

Wednesday
Wednesday scattered showers are forecast across Scotland, northern England, Northern Ireland and parts of Wales. Fair, milder and dry across central and southern England with the best of the sunshine in the south. A dry evening across Britain. Rain moves into Northern Ireland overnight and another area of rain may threaten Kent by morning. High temperatures of 11 to 16 Celsius.
