Scattered, heavy showers are expected to develop across Scotland but some good sunny spells as well. For Northern Ireland, Wales and most of England it should be a fine, warm day with long sunny spells. With a north east wind, more cloud may affect North Sea coasts where it will be cooler. Expect maximum temperatures today of 18 to 22 Celsius.
Saturday Night
For much of the country it looks dry with some late evening sunshine to end the day as those showers soon fade. Overnight it stays dry with clear skies but eastern parts of Scotland and eastern parts of England may become cloudy perhaps with a spot of drizzle. Expect minimum temperatures of 6 to 9C.
Sunday
Eastern parts of England and Scotland may be disappointingly cloudy for much of the day. Central and western areas will have the best of the dry, sunny weather but we could see scattered showers develop across Wales, north west England and western and central parts of Scotland. A dry evening and night and eastern Britain may retaining cloudy conditions. Maximum temperatures of 19 to 21 Celsius.
Monday
Monday some shower again may affect Wales, north west England and western Scotland. The rest of Britain stays dry with sunny spells but again eastern areas may see more cloud from time to time. We may see a band of light rain reaching Cornwall and Northern Ireland late in the night, dry across the rest of the country. Maximum temperatures of 18 to 21 Celsius.
