Wednesday
Broken cloud to start the day across most parts, the best in the south. There could be more cloud through Wales and parts of northern England as well as eastern Scotland. A chanvce of a few showers breaking out here, and this risk continues into the afternoon. For the restof the country it should be dry with sunny spells, althoguh it should be noted that confidence in when and where cloud will break is low. Highs at 15 to 23C.

Wednesday night
Some showery bursts of rain could affect eastern coasts of England through this evening and for the first part of the night, this slowly clearing into the continent. Most paces will be dry with clear skies, although thicker cloud reaches the west of Ireland and western Scotland bringign some drizzle here. Lows of 6 to 12C.

Thursday
A ridge of high pressure will be bringing a fair start to the day across much of England and Wales. There will be some sunny spells, the best through the Midlands and southern England. A warm front will bring cloud and rain into Ireland and the west of Scotland, this edging east through the afternoon to be across the whole of Scotland, north Wales and northwest England by evening. Tops at 15C in northern Scotland 22C in southern England.

Friday
Pressure stays high to the southwest of the country with lower pressure to the north on Friday. A warm front travels eastwards and this will be bringing plenty of cloud to most places with outbreaks of rain and drizzle. Most of the rain affecting Scotland and Northern Ireland. Brighter spells are likely to be developing ine astern Wales, the Midlands and parts of southern England in the afternoon. Highs at 15 to 23C.
