Friday
A wet morning across northern England and Scotland on Friday morning. Some of the rain will be heavy at times and will intensify through the morning across eastern England and Scotland. The heavier rain spreads through East Anglia in the afternoon. Some heavy bursts of rain for western Scotland too, although this easing in the afternoon. Plenty of cloud and drizzle through other parts of England and Wales, some brighter spells coming through over central and southern England and eastern Wales. Tops at 14 to 18C for the north but as high as 24C in any sunshine in the south.
Friday night
Some showery spots of rain for southern England this evening, fading through the night. Drizzle and cloud over southern Ireland and southwest England, reaching southwest Wales by morning. An area of shower rain passes across northern and central Scotland. Other areas becoming drier with broken cloud. Lows at 11 to 13C.
Saturday
A warm front from Ireland and into Wales and southwest England will be bringing low cloud and drizzle onto western coasts and hills as well as through Ireland on Saturday. More central and eastern areas are likely to be drier with broken cloud and some spells of sunshine here too. Highs around 14 to 23C.
Sunday
Low pressure north of Scotland with high pressure in the Bay of Biscay on Sunday. A cold front from Ireland to western Scotland brings cloud and periods of rain. Elsewhere the day is going to be dry with sunny spells, the best of these in more eastern and southern areas. Temperatures could get to 26C in southern England, 15C in northern Scotland.
