Today looks to be a warmer, summer's day across much of England and Wales. It does look cloudier with some outbreaks of rain across Northern Ireland and Scotland with scattered, light showers for some parts of northern England. Any early cloud should tend to break with the rest of Wales and the southern half of England to have a dry day with sunny spells. Expect maximum temperatures today of 16 to 25 Celsius with light winds.

Some patchy light rain and drizzle to come across Northern Ireland and western Scotland and Cumbria into Wales this evening with the rest of the country to have some late evening sunshine. The patchy rain tend to linger across western Scotland and Northern Ireland tonight while the rest of the country has a dry night. Minimum temperatures of 10 to 13C.

Expect a day of sunny spells and occasional showers across Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and northern England on Monday. Central and southern parts of England be fine and dry fine with sunny spells and occasional cloud though quite as warm. After a fine evening, more persistent rain spreads in across Northern Ireland during the night. A dry night though for most parts of Britain. Maximum temperatures of 15 to 21 Celsius.
Tuesday
Windier today, especially in the west. Outbreaks of rain are expected across Northern Ireland, Scotland, northern England and North Wales and this becomes heavier in the afternoon. Southern parts of England will be dry albeit cloudy. It stays dry across East Anglia. The East Midlands and the south east tonight with rain for the rest of Britain. Maximum temperatures of 14 to 20 Celsius.
