Thursday
A warm and dry day to come across much of the United Kingdom except for the odd shower across north eastern Scotland. Eastern and central parts of England may start the day rather cloudy but cloud will tend to burn back the north sea coasts with lots of sunshine developing the course of the morning and afternoon. Lots of sunshine across western areas. Maximum temperatures of 22 to 26 Celsius.
Thursday Night
For much of the United Kingdom, it will be a fine, dry evening with plenty of late sunshine to come. This will be followed by a dry, mostly clear night with some mist and fog patches developing across Wales, central and southern parts of England and Wales. It will be a mild night with minimum temperatures of 10 to 14C.
Friday
Little change today with high pressure dominating. Most places will stay dry, sunny and hot although we may find more in the way of cloud coming in across northern England and Scotland at times during the day. It continues dry and warm into the evening and night with clear spells. Maximum temperatures of 25 to 29 Celsius.
Saturday
Hot across England today. Much of the country again will be dry with good spells of sunshine although the high temperatures could just figure off isolated, rogue shower across England. Northern parts of Scotland will tend to be rather cloudy. Continued fine to the evening and night but some rain may affect the far north of Scotland good deal of cloud coming along the North Sea coasts of England. Maximum temperatures of 22 to 30 Celsius, cooler near the coasts as afternoon sea breezes develop.
