Thursday
For much of the country it will be a dry, sunny and very warm to hot day to come. Expect unbroken amounts of strong sunshine that will give high pollen and sunburns indexes. The north west of Scotland will be cloudier It will be fresher around the coasts. Some rain will affect north west Scotland and the odd heavy shower could pop up across Wales and over the Pennines late in the afternoon. Maximum temperatures of 24 to 30 Celsius.
Thursday Night
For much of the United Kingdom, it will be a fine, mainly dry evening with plenty of late sunshine to come. This will be followed by a dry night with some patchy mist developing across Wales, central and southern parts of England and Wales. It will be another warm night with minimum temperatures of 12 to 18C.
Friday
It continues hot across England and Wales today. Much of the country again will be dry with good spells of sunshine after clearance of any morning list and patchy low cloud. More cloud though may affect North Sea coasts of England and Scotland. A fine, warm, evening and night across Britain with eastern areas becoming cloudy. Maximum temperatures of 24 to 30 Celsius, cooler near the coasts as afternoon sea breezes develop.
Saturday
The odd shower may develop across western Scotland. For the rest of Britain it looks like another sunny, warm to hot summery day with lots of strong sunshine as morning low cloud across central and eastern parts of England retreats back to North Sea coastal areas. Around those eastern coasts it will feel cooler with an easterly breeze. A fine evening with sunny spells then dry overnight with some low cloud and mistiness re-developing from the east. Maximum temperatures of 23 to 28 Celsius.
