Hot & sunny Lowe cloud in east seiten=4 abk=focus

Friday
Low cloud may trouble eastern coasts during today, mostly northeast England. However, there will be breaks and so warm sunny spells are likely. Elsewhere it will be a fine, dry morning with lots of sunshine. Staying fine through the afternoon too with further sunshine and feeling very warm and even hot for some. An odd shower may form over northwest England and north Wales later. More cloud may affect northern Scotland. Highs at 29C in the Midlands, 21C in northern Scotland.

Friday night
A dry night with long clear spells. There could be some morning broken cloud through more central and southern parts of England, although what will be more notable in the far south will be the increasing wind. Mist patches forming in more rural areas by the morning. Lows near 12 to 16C.

Saturday
A large area of high pressure is expected to be centred over northeast Scotland on Saturday. This will be in control of the weather across the UK and Ireland. There will be plenty of sunshine and it is going to be dry and very warm, or even hot for most. Eastern coasts could see a few patches of low cloud or some mist or fog patches at times. Breezy in the far south with highs at 22 to 29C.

Sunday
High pressure stays to the north of Scotland on Sunday. There will be some cloud over central and southern England, and the chance of an odd spot of drizzle on the hills here. Heavy showers could affect southern counties of England in the afternoon. Dry elsewhere with lots of sunshine, the best in the west. Breezy through southern areas. Hot in southern areas at 31C, but 20C on northern coasts of Scotland.
